SUPER-Working Moms Group

The SUPER-Working Moms Group provides a support network for all aspects of the career women. Being a working mom is no easy feat and we all need this special outlet and support in order to balance it all. The stereotypical Super-Mom is often identified as those women who can do it all – have a career, take care of the kids, the spouse, the house, the errands, the neighbors, and everyone and everything in between. But what about her? Become a S*U*P*E*R Mom and create your life the way you want it from the inside out letting the external forces and societal expectations drift away. Find healthy ways to balance work, family and self and build lasting relationships with the other women in the group. Includes one 2 hour in person gathering, 60 minute teleconference and  one coaching session per month.

When: 4th Thursday evening of the month, 4:30-6:30pm (taking input on ideal time – please let me know your thoughts), 2nd Thursday of the month 12:00-1:00 teleconference

Motherhood and Work – Workshop and Coaching Series

Motherhood offers a wonderful opportunity to let your child(ren) be your inspiration to pursue your dreams and do it your way! What ever phase of motherhood you are in and regardless if you’re already back to work, planning to go back in the immediate future, months from now, years or perhaps never, all moms face the issue of motherhood and work and it can often be a dilemma that is not so easy and straight forward. Motherhood is an ideal time to re-examine yourself; your values, strengths, passions, and personal purpose in order to re-create yourself and your career in alignment with your truth. With limited time in the day and so much to do as a mother, this workshop will help to ensure that your work is an expression of who you are, fits your life-style, and supports you in everyway. 

 In this workshop you will:

• Explore your archetypes, images and concerns about motherhood and work
• Explore trends and common challenges for both working moms and stay at home moms
• Find out what other moms have done and are doing to meet the motherhood/work challenge
• Hear about real life options ranging from ‘taking a break’ to working full time and everything in between
• Explore and test your motives and hidden beliefs behind your current plan
• Discover your Guiding Lights and explore career choices and solutions that align with you and your family
• Build a plan and begin to take steps toward a healthy and rewarding relationship with motherhood and work

4  Part Program: This four part program includes three 75 minute group tele-sessions, PLUS one 60 minute private one-on-one coaching session schedule in-person or over the telephone or skype.   

Cost: The cost of this complete four part program, is $197.

Birth of a Mother – Workshop

Gain support and strategies to embrace and manage all aspects and personal transformations of early motherhood.

Whether you are expecting your first child or well into the early years of motherhood, you are embarking on a fabulous journey that promises both beautiful and difficult times. From the moment we become moms or even just conceive of the idea, we experience deeply moving thoughts, feelings, and emotions that offer opportunities for profound personal growth and transformation. This course was designed to support YOU through this intense life transition and transformation. It provides an opportunity to feel more at ease with your motherhood experience through honest sharing and exploration of how motherhood affects all aspects of life including work, life style, relationships, personal identity, and your emotional state of being.

In this workshop, you will:

• Gain insight into your archetypes of motherhood and understand the phases of mother development and transition
• Gain tools and resources to better manage the emotional roller-coaster and internal conflicts common in motherhood
• Gain strategies to make sound choices for you and your family
• Open the door to their own rebirth and transformation

2 Hour Workshop: This two hour workshop is meant to give you insights and a stepping off point to creating motherhood YOUR way. If there is enough interest following the workshop, we will build an support group that will meet for 6 months to continue your progress.

S*U*P*E*R Mom - Workshop

By increasing your self awareness and practicing the S*U*P*E*R Mom principles and following step-by-step techniques you will:

• Tap into your internal wisdom and guide yourself perfectly making the ‘right’ choices for you and your family
• Become more mindful and present allowing you to make peace and balance out of the chaos
• Analyze and understand your motives, thoughts and beliefs behind your actions in order to make desired shifts in your world
• Distinguish the difference between intuition and fear and be able to follow your internal compass more accurately
• Use the Power of Intention to envision and manifest your desired future with purpose and ease
