We are please to announce the addition of Personal and Career Coach, Sandy Black! Sandy’s unique coaching style aligns beautifully with the vision and phylosophy of Motherhood Transitions. She will quickly change your beliefs about what is possible in your life.  She will challenge you to dig deep to get at the root of your fears, guide you in discovering your dreams and desires, and propel you towards a happier, more meaningful life.
 
Sandy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, a Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and she trained as a life coach with Martha Beck, world renowned Life Coach and columnist for O, the Oprah Magazine. She has spent hundreds of hours working with clients struggling with substance abuse, as well as women and children affected by domestic violence. In addition to her background in counseling and psychology, Sandy has over twenty years experience in the corporate world, where she worked as a sales representative, first in publishing and then in the healthcare industry. Born and raised in Michigan, she currently lives in Boulder, Colorado with her husband and school-aged son.

2. Explore trends and common challenges for working moms and stay-at-home moms
3. Find out what other moms have done and are doing to meet the motherhood/work challenge – Hear about real life options from ‘taking a break’ to working full time and everything in between
4. Explore and test your motives and hidden beliefs behind your current plan
5. Stir up ideas and provide resources that will set you on the course to discovering and implementing the best solutions for you and your family.

Bring your questions, your concerns, and your ideas to share and bat around.
