- I’m an Aurora, CO work-at-home Mom pursuing the perfect balance of marriage, motherhood and career. I had no plans to return to my career, then my husband was diagnosed with cancer. So, I re-entered the workforce, but decided to make it more than just a job this time. Now I’m working for me. For my family. My husband is now cancer-free (YAY!) and has returned to work as a pilot after two years away, and I have become quite fond of my new dual-life as a wife and mother/career woman. My new goal is to see how long I can keep up this balancing act and to see where it takes us. Life is a rollercoaster, and I'm not just along for the ride.
