For moms looking for community and personal growth, Motherhood Transitions is partnering with Yo Mama Yoga and Family Center to offer weekly RockNMoms Circles. Join other like-minded moms in all phases of motherhood and all walks of life in a weekly coaching group to explore archetypes of motherhood, nurture the ME of Mom-ME, and become a S*U*P*E*R* Mom – creating your life the way you want it from the inside out letting external forces, societal expectations, or self imposed pressures and limiting beliefs drift away.
Through participation in this sacred group you will:
• Find peace and balance in your life by being true to yourself
• Explore and shift beliefs, thoughts and internal states of being around motherhood, work, relationships and more
• Define personal purpose and direction that makes decision making easy
• Study and apply the S*U*P*E*R Mom principles to all areas of your life
When: Thursdays 12:30-1:30
Where: Yo Mama Yoga and Family Center, 737 29th St. Suite 201, Boulder, CO 80303, “Treehouse” building
Cost: $15 per session or $70 for 6 sessions

Childcare: Even better than childcare, children are welcome to attend kids yoga in an adjacent studio and infants are welcome to join us
Clarity and Movement Workshops
Is this the year that you want to create the life you have been dreaming of? Do you need to step back to figure out exactly what that is? Join us for a 2 hour workshop to define your individual (or couple’s) vision so that you can begin to take concrete steps to make that happen. This workshop is open to a small group of people in a comfortable home setting. Participate in a series of fun, hands on exercises to get clarity and begin the forward movement. What you will leave with:
• A clear vision/idea/sense of where you want to be in 1-3 years
• Three steps that you commit to take to get there
• An understanding (if not resolution) of any limiting beliefs and energy you have around creating that life
• Momentum and support in moving forward
