Is Summer Wreaking Havok on YOU as a Mom-preneur?

It is true – summer time is wreaking havoc on us Mom-preneurs (moms who run their own businesses). Travel schedules, kids out of school, schedules being pieced together – demands, demands, demands. So how do we run our businesses with all this going on? We’re still moms (and wives) after all.
The Mom-preneurial Advisory Board had our monthly conference call this morning and even the turn out to this call proved this point. We had only 2 out of 6 members on the call – though it was a small turn out, is was rich with finding solutions to this challenge. We looked at some concrete ‘how tos’ as well as deeper issues and shifts that need to be made underneath it all within ourselves in order to make it work or at least take a few steps toward sanity during the next 5 weeks until life resumes as ‘normal’ – hah – what’s that anyway??
I am curious and would love to start a dialogue:
- What are your biggest challenges of being a mom-preneur in the summer time?
- What are some of the solutions that you have employed – that have worked, that have kind of worked, that have flopped miserable??
